Lewes Surgical and Medical Associates is a multi-specialty healthcare organization. The physicians are Board certified or Board eligible and have trained at some of the country's most respected Medical Centers. There are currently medical office facilities in five locations and a free-standing Surgical Center located at the Cedar Tree (Millsboro) Office Complex. In addition to the Millsboro complex, there are offices in Georgetown, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, and Milford.

Lewes Surgical and Medical Associates offers a wide range of medical services at the various locations. The Cedar Tree complex in Millsboro has medical specialty practitioners in surgery, internal medicine, gynecology and menopause management. Additionally, there are other medical specialists that see patients at the Cedar Tree Medical Office. Those specialties include Cardiology. Because of the high volume of seasonal residents and vacationers, walk-in patients are accepted.

The Surgical Center located at this office provides outpatient surgical and endoscopy procedures in a fully accredited (State of Delaware and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), patient-friendly environment. Anesthesia services are provided by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. A wide variety of procedures are performed in the Surgical Center. Hernia operations, breast biopsy and excision, carpal tunnel, hemorrhoidectomy, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, minor gynecologic procedures and hysteroscopy, venous access port insertion, and skin lesion excision are among the procedures offered. There are also various specialty lasers in the Center that provide state-of-the-art treatment of various medical conditions. A full complement of Pain Management procedures are also performed in the surgical center.

The Georgetown Office provides medical care in internal medicine and family practice. There are bilingual medical practitioners on site to better serve the Hispanic patients.

The Rehoboth office provides Internal Medicine services with an Internal Medicine physician and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. Gynecology services are also available at this location.

The Bethany Beach office is also a family Practice and Internal Medicine. Due to its close proximity to the beach and the high volume of vacationers, walk-in patients are accepted.
